SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is imperative that we obtain your correct shipping address. Please put in your shipping address correctly and completely. If for any reason you do not receive your order simply email Programs@EstadioMagazine.com. We are not liable for incorrect addresses. We currently only ship to locations in the continental 50 United States.
Once you make a transaction, you will receive your magazine in that following month or starting in January 2015. We need to compile all of the transactions for each month in order to ship out the correct number of magazines. There are some instances where you may receive your magazine early, but please wait for the following month for your shipment.
DONATION PAYMENT
Your payment will show on your debit or credit card with the merchant of ESTADIO MAGAZINE. If you selected a recurring monthly subscription you will be charged on the same day every month for the amount of months specified in the agreement.
How to Pay for a Year Long Subscription: Select the One Year Magazine Subscription. Proceed to checkout. Complete all of the information and input your billing information. Your transaction will be completed and you will be taken to the Estadio Magazine Thank you page.
How to Pay for Monthly Magazine Subscriptions. Fill out the registration form. Once you select Submit, you will be taken to the PayPal Payment portal (Full Year Payment Portal). You may need a PayPal account to subscribe. Simply select Use Credit/Debit card instead and completely and correctly fill out your information. Once completed you will be directed to the Estadio Magazine thank you page.
All donations, subscriptions, or payments go to our general fund. You will be helping benefit student and community programs across the world. You can tell us which program or student told you about us, but whether or not the particular individual or entity continues in our program, your donation or payment will still benefit other students in our program. We want you to understand that your giving is for all of the students of our program and we thank you for honoring your subscription commitment to the full term.

See article CLICK HERE. Estadio Magazine has been giving away scholarships and donating time and workshops to the community for several years. We have tax exempt status and are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

REFUND OR RETURNS
There are no refunds or returns for any transactions at Estadio Magazine. All of your gifts are donations and in return a magazine or another item will be sent to the address provided. We are always grateful for your contribution. Should you ever need to unsubscribe, please follow the information provided in the UNSUBSCRIBE section.
HOLD HARMLESS. Owner, agents, staff, volunteers of Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Set on a Hill from any and all actual or alleged claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury (to property or persons, including without limitation wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of or incident to any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct of its personnel, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorney’s fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to Set on a Hill for all legal expenses and costs incurred by it.
PAYMENT PROCESS.
Terms: All invoices are due immediately upon receipt. A reinstatement fee of $12 will be assessed to cover customer support.
All re-occurring projects will not be included in part of the non-reoccurring projects. All re-occurring payments require a 100% up-front payment. If your invoice involves both a non-reoccurring and reoccurring payment then the reoccurring payment must be paid with a debit/credit card and will automatically be taken out on a cycling basis.
To remedy any late reoccurring payment, you will be responsible to pay two cycles up front before continued processing. All late payments will incur a 30-60 day wait to re-start projects. After 3 late payments, the contract is cancelled and will need to be renewed. Even during the 30-60 days the monthly or yearly reoccurring payment is still due. If two months cannot be paid up front, the invoice can be paid monthly but the project will not begin until the entire payment is received. Your project still may not start until 30-60 days after payment is made.
UNSUBSCRIBE/CANCELLATION
We don’t want to see you go. If there is anything we can do to keep you as a donor please contact Programs@EstadioMagazine.com. To unsubscribe from your monthly magazine subscription with Estadio Magazine, you must have a PayPal account to complete this on your own. Use the same email that you used to make the initial subscription if you need to set up a new account.
AMENDMENT. We reserve the right to update our policies and procedures. All current policies will be available at Set on a Hill. Contact us for updated policies.
APPLICABLE LAW. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas in the United States of America.
